I had problems with an ovarian cyst. I had some severe pain from it over two years ago; then when I had started chanting, I returned to the doctor and the mass was reduced to about half the size. We are looking for a group of a maximum of 6 people to train with us on a Tuesday's and Thursday’s from 8:30-10:30. We have hired a Personal Trainer to get us all on the right track and get us on a regular training routine of cardio and weight training. I have a full gym set up in my home in Brooklyn Park and a nice open space for cardio training.
